We're one big family
Our team cultivates a culture of mutual support, devoid of egos, where our long-standing team exemplify the respect we hold for one another. We recognise helping clients with their issues can sometimes take a toll on our own wellbeing, so we have an employee assistance provider to be there for us when needed. Regular one-on-one check-ins ensure we prioritise staff well-being and celebrate both personal and professional achievements. We also champion work-life balance, recognising that choosing to live and work in regional Victoria should allow us to cherish our home lives and families.

We give back to our community
We actively engage in community initiatives and fundraising efforts, participating in events such as the Biggest Morning Tea, Jeans for Genes Day, Let's Talk Colac, fundraising for local initiatives like Annum Cara, and contributing through team blood donations. We also proudly sponsor our local sports clubs, community events and the Colac Chamber of Commerce. Leveraging our networks and expertise, we advocate for fairness, particularly in support of our farming community and for sensible legislation. We frequently share valuable education with our community across radio, newspapers, and socials, addressing local legal matters.

We have fun, while hard at it
Our vibrant social committee fosters strong connections among us, arranging dinners and functions to celebrate our successes. We come together at the office to celebrate birthdays, the arrival of new babies, and wedding festivities. In essence, we relish any reason to celebrate and enjoy a good party!
